Loch Ness Lodge is a luxury, 5 star boutique Restaurant with Rooms situated on a wooded hillside overlooking the spectacular Loch Ness yet only a 15 minute drive from the Highland capital of Inverness.  The 2 AA+ Rosette restaurant offers a truly memorable fine dining experience.  With the recently awarded Medallion d'Or for fine dining, Ross Fraser and Craig Munro the Lodge's highly talented chefs work closely with local artisans suppliers to provide the freshest, seasonal and organic produce wherever possible.

A new menu is crafted each day and, with an emphasis on fresh produce, fine flavour and the simple, elegant presentation of the Franco-Scottish cuisine, the five course dinner is an integral part of the Lodge experience.

On a warm summer's evening you can enjoy aperitifs and canapés on the terrace; in the winter you may prefer to relax by the crackling log fire in the drawing room before being ushered to the elegant dining room with its panoramic views of the Loch.  The 5 course gourmet dinner may include delicacies such as: Warm Pork Terrine with Sautéed Langoustine and Truffle dressing; followed by Pavé of Turbot in Red Wine with Pomme Nouvelle and Cauliflower Purée; and then perhaps Prune & Armagnac Soufflé with Bitter Chocolate Sorbet to finish.  A carefully selected, exclusive wine list is available and there is a fine range of malts for the whisky connoisseur. 

The ambience is elegant and relaxed and the service professional and friendly in the finest traditions of Highland hospitality.
